Illusion dress by Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren

Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren are quite the masters of illusion. Check out the trippy dress they sent down their Spring 2010 runway. It looks like Anja Rubik has been chopped in half! So how did they do it? If you get close, you'll notice a black banded portion in between the two layers of tulle. What's your take -- freaky or fabulous?
